Seiran Sei is Waseda Shibuya High School's yearly Open House. The school is open to the public for the weekend.

Highlights include : Horror House (must visit), Chado ceremony and School Uniform Donning amongst others.

Also includes good looking Japanese dudes and sweet Japanese ladies slightly younger than some of us.
