I realise that alot of people have some troubles with the forum. This is a short guide on the main problem.

First Go to your "USER C(ontrol)P(anel)" or USER CP here.

Then scroll down and click on "Group Membership" at the bottom left link.

Then go click on the circle relating to SPJCC here.

And then VOILA!!
