We have several planning and proposals to do now, as well as to source for Chado equipment. Some people are working very hard on their tasks though some of the main committee members are not. For now, I am not going to mention who.

Also, I have only gotten replies from 24 interested members. I hope that that is not all of the members we are going to get. So those who are tasked to sms the message out to the members, please do so. You know who you are. If for some reason, you are unable to do it, please give me a call by Sunday, 19th November. And if you have done it, drop me an sms by Sunday, 19th November too.

Please remember why we started this club, and what is our responsibilities to the club being in the main committee. The workload is not shared fairly now, so all those who are not as busy as the rest, please take the initiative to help your fellow committee members out.

We are going to have a meeting on Sunday, 26th November 2006, from 11am to 2pm. Location is unfinalised yet. For that meeting, I will brief all of you what has been going on, and for you all to ask me questions, if any.

For now, projected list of events are as follows.

26th November 2006-Main Committee Meeting.

December 2006-First club gathering-cum-meeting-cum-briefing with members

December 2006-Chado Ceremony. Most likely, Director SAA, Directors of the different schools and maybe even the Principal will come.

4th through 6th January 2007-CoolWorld event. Secondary school students will be coming to SP to view what we have to offer.

If possible, we might have a club camp or a one day event to get to know the members better. Date-unknown.

Also, make sure what you are tasked to do has been done. Each person is given a slightly different task, so please complete it to the best of your capabilities. Please check back here Thursday, 23rd November 2006 for updates on the meeting.
